- Performed for his Excellency Nigeria’s President Olusegun Obasanjo at the Nigerian Petroleum Summit at the London Hilton, Mayfair 2003.
- Set up choir Talitha Voices and Label in 2003. plus vocal agency leasing singers for sessions she can no longer do due to busy schedule.
- Talitha Voices went into promotions with partners Authentic Real Music to promote the “Lovers Rock Reunion” series 1,2 ,3 & 4 2003 to present. The picture shows Toyin Adekale performing with Jamaica's Lovers Rock Legend, Ruddy Thomas.

- First British female (or anyone) to perform the Nigerian National Anthem for the Nigerian Eagles Vs Jamaica’s Reggae Boys at QPR grounds summer 2002.
- Performed at the National Stadium in Sierra Leone support Lucky Dube Dec 2002 and helped to raise funds and awareness of the plight of the war on the children thus raising the profile of the charity organisation GYFADA (Global Youth Foundation Against Drug Abuse), assisted by the United Nations.
- 2002 performs as a member with Boney M (Maisie Williams) at the Royal Albert Hall, with Cliff Richard, for Patti Boulaye’s benefit for Africa with the 3000 piece choir, and still touring all over the world, Middle East, Asia, America, Bangladesh etc. The picture shows Toyin diving on tour in Israel.

- Toyin's drama started in Larrington Walker's "Busy In The City", alongside Eammon Walker, Robbie Gee, Geof Francis to name but a few. She wrote a play “Silent Needs, Silent Help” yet to be staged, and played lead roles in 6 plays, 3 of which were very successful amongst the African/Caribbean community. One being the reggae musical “Johnny Dollar” 1996, “Oh Happy Days” Gospel musical 2002, “Ragarella” Jamaican style comedy spoof of Cinderella (on video) 1997.
- Sang background vocals on Gabrielle’s No.1 hit “Rise”, 2000, also on Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) BT Commercial classic “Secrets” 1992, Soul II Soul’s hit sung under Kym Mazelle “Missing You” 1990 and Maxi Priest’s “Peace Throughout the World 1990. Toyin has worked with all genre's of artists from Cliff Richard, Chante Moore, Dennis Brown, Freddie McGregor, Sanchez, Frankie Paul to Trouble Funk, Gabrielle, LCGC, Imagination, Junior Giscombe, Odessey, to name but a few. The picture shows Toyin with Frankie Paul, Freddie McGregor, and The Whispers.

- Was a Music Researcher and Presenter for Britains First Ethnic Channel on Cable TV, BVTV (Black Variety Television). Interviewed Bob Marley’s mother Cedeller Booker, for TV and publication, her 1st UK interview personal and in depth about Bob’s life and loves 1996.
- Modelled alongside John Fashanu, Valerie Campbell (Naomi’s mum), the late Berni Grant, Chris Eubanks, and many more, modelling some of Tessa Sanderson’s new range of sports wear and fetish designers, to raise money for the Rawanda Benefit, headed by Brenda Emmanus (Richard & Judy Show), Rianna Scippio (Weather forecaster) and Chrystal Rose.1994.
- Performed at the Montreau Jazz Festival with Carmel alongside Herbie Hancock, Denise Williams, George Benson and many more 1988.
- Luther Vandross, Jermaine Jackson, JT Taylor (Kool & The Gang), Samantha Fox, and others at the DJs Convention, Hippodrome Leicester Square 1985.
- First British female to perform at the famous Reggae Sunsplash at the London Wembley Arena in 1985.
- Was vocal co-ordinator for Soul II Soul, Imagination etc also performing with them.
- 1985 First artist to perform with a live band on BBC’s ‘Ebony’ with 1st National Entry song “Here I Go Again.
- Was amongst selected artists for Steve Walsh, Lenny Henry and Paul Hardcastle’s “Disco Aid”, alongside Jean Carne, Mel & Kim, Odyessy, Cool Notes, Edwin Starr.
- “Here I Go Again” was Tony Blackburn’s play list favourite for 1 month. Toyin attributes it’s success to Tony Blackburn’s input, having thrusted it in his hands on a Sunday night “Radio London’s Soul Night Out”, he played it the following day 3 times and every day thereafter. This prompted interest and a signing to EMI Records.
